Hmmm.... I'll have to take a look for that one. Gotta have something worth posting.

I don't think I'll find another one of these :-\

You need something for scale to get the true glory of this piece, take a picture in the hand!

It's ok, I like the abuse :'( ;D ;D

Hmmm.... I am very concerned there might be an underlying issue here. :icon_scratch:

Shaun, did either of your parents also have a problem not being able to find a cartwheel penny? Did they beat you with their detector because of it? I think you might have to get some professional help for this. :D

Is this all because I called you stumpy :D

I doubt I will ever again get something as delicate and ornate as this brass hair brush out of the ground in this good shape! I admit I was mudlarking but still !! MaineRelic.

42 CONFEDERATE AGENT
The great news filtered back into the cells at Columbus. Hines and the officers went wild with joy. There was other good news. The Copperheads had nominated Vallandigham for Governor and Ohio was at a fever pitch. There were more torchlight parades in Ohio and Indiana cities. It seemed almost every man on the street wore on his lapel a tiny copper Indian head carved from a penny.

Discipline was tightened at Columbus. Merion, the warden, threw one of Morgan's colonels into solitary confinement and later transferred him to Johnson's Island, where he died of diphtheria.
Ummmm, Can someone help verify this please?

Hey 4-H, what an awesome find! Can you show us some of the other things that were found in the area that this pin came from? Or give a link to the post that shows some of the stuff?
I bet all the "KGC" guys are going to love this .
