Now that im starting to find some good coins in my rolls I was wondering which type of holder would suite me the best. I was looking to those holders that staple together. I just need a cheap stable together holder that will last for long time.

I found these on Ebay. Tell me what you think. I was also looking at some other websites that sell coin supplies but they want a lot for shipping.

I have 3 types of holders, maybey more types out there, depends on the coin mostly value wise and sentimentally speaking which type I use,out of all,I prefer the snap plastics, but are a bit more expensive...hope you find what you need...

Would mylar last longer than just cardboard and plastic?

I would think that to be the case, but honestly,I do not know.
I have coins from 30 years ago that are still in the carboard holders,so they do last.

The downside for me with the cardboard,is if you need the coin out,you have to tear out the staple, and re-staple or toss it out completely after destroying it :laughing7:...you also have to keep staples on hand, and be able to find them as well as the stapler when needed :laughing7:

They are cheap though  and work...
It basically is a personal choice...
Just get a few of each, then you shall have you answer to which bests suits you

Im just mostly worried about the metal reacting with the plastic. I have heard that certain plastics can cause corrosion and discoloration.

any flips/cardboard holders you get MUST BE PVC-FREE to prevent damage to your coins

I use the plastic snap cases.
