Best Place to Purchase Silver Close to Spot

So, I am looking to make some investments into silver and have never done so before. The only silver I currently have are some Canadian maple leaves, a full collection of silver eagles, and then all the silver I have found CRHing. But, I have never gone out and purchased a large amount of silver. Does anyone have any tips for where to go to get silver at a good price

Just gotta go out to your local coins shops or pawn shops maybe antique shops- there's no discount store for PM
I'm sure with the lower spot prices you are either going to pay a higher premium or find that dealers just aren't selling-

Due to the lower spot price, premiums have jumped WAY up, Saturday I was unable to find silver eagles under $31 and generic silver under $28.

My best places for finding cheap PMs are:

Pawn shops and independently owned "Cash 4 Gold" places are my personal best places to find cheap silver. Don't ignore sterling/gold jewellery either.

You must have the Midas touch. I'm not so lucky. In fact, I've been to three cash for gold/pawns, offered to pay more than their refiner, and have not received a single call to this day.
