Right now there's a holiday special on the SE for $1,098 and some dealers are throwing in quality extras as well. I'm not sure if there's anything going on with the E-trac, and if not, the Explorer is by far the better deal.

You will find that nobody can sell it for less. They often say a "pro pack" worth $?.00 is free with the order. Good luck.

Check with Tnet member "4H" he sells Minelabs and I read a post that he was having a holiday special. Unfortunately I didn't know about 4H when I bought my ETrac but he helped me through the learning curve.

Wow! I think Detector Depot just took "best deal" to a new level. Buy an E-Trac and get a $240 credit towards ANYTHING they sell?!?! That's like getting a free SunRay X-1 and then some. Thanks RR! Yes the Minelab Explorer and Safari are on special right now until the 3rd week of January.
I am open 7 days a week and as my clients know, I'll answer the phone even if I am in the field. I have helped people numerous times with their machines bought by other dealers that just seem leave them after the sale. It's part of our package to go beyond the sale.
