Have been away from the forum for awhile but still detecting when I can. Seems harder to find good properties to detect on. Not my most recent or oldest but here is my best find since I last posted. If anyone looking for someone to detect with on Eastern Long Island, NY let me know.

Thanks. Believe or not I only had to clean it with some light soap and water. Still can't believe the condition of it when it came out the ground.

That is a great looking Barber half dollar. Those have been tough for me to find around here over the years.

I hear you on the "getting tough to find good properties" part. The more marketing Garrett manages to do about finding TREASURE, and arming every man, woman, and child in America with an AT Pro, it seems like more property owners are reluctant to let me search. They don't want me finding their treasure, and I don't blame them. They only see the commercials and television shows where they make everything out to be worth lots of $$$$$. It was much easier back when we were just a few nerds looking for old bullets and buttons. Eh, I get salty about it.

Anyways, your half is a great triumph!

Outstanding Crossfire, simply Outstanding!

Many happy returns!
