After my big day yesterday, I was certain the yard was hunted out.... 32 coins in a small yard....... but the wife had a bridal shower this morning to go to, so I took advantage of the chance to go hunt a little while... so I went back to my new fav. spot...... found a few stray wheaties I missed.... then ..... a good solid penny/cap signal at 4".. hey maybe another 2 center...... imagine my shock when out pops the cutest little coin I ever saw.. this amazing 1843 Half Dime......... the back is worn pretty good.... but the front is nice .... another first........ what a yard to hunt.......

Incredible day. I wish i could have a day like that. I'm sure there's a few more there waiting to be picked out of the dirt. The 2 center looks great. Keep soaking it and maybe that crud will come off.

Congratulations on the finds minton7 ...isn't it sweet when you've hunted a spot once..then going back just to find some you may have overlooked, I've detected my yard 4 times now but every time i hunt it again bam there is another.
