As far as cleaning the wheats up goes, theres a number of good posts on here concerning the matter. I'm no expert by any means but tend to take the simple and less invasive approach. Rinse the dirt off with hot water and soak in olive oil for about a week or so, then blot dry. Hope that helps, Chris
