Was wondering what the value of this coin is, and what is it..? Seems to be gold plated, but could possibly be solid gold?

I don't think it's a coin. No implied denomination. More like a medallion.

tried using keywords that would go with medallion or medal, still nothing that matches what I have, if anyone could help out, I would be super appreciative!

It appears to be a commemorative "medal" for the election of the Catholic church's Pope Benedict the 16th (XVI in Roman numerals).
Pope Benedict XVI - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A reliable way to figure out whether it is made of solid gold or is gold-plated metal is to precisely measure its diameter and weight. For example, a 22-karat US $50 Gold Eagle bullion "coin" is 32.7 millimeters in diameter and weighs 33.931 grams.
