Beltzville State Park Beach coughed up a 5.0gram White 750!!!

Today I figured I go give the supposedly "picked through and raped" beach at Beltzville State Park Beach in Pennsylvania. Since the day after Labor Day the beach was open season for us detecting junkies. So I went there and there was another guy with his kid metal detecting he was teaching him the basics and looks like he was using Ace 250. I was going along and first started hitting the ends of beach where the rake turns and sometimes deposits some nice goodies, but I was just hitting change and a junk earring. The I started with the center and moved slowly and got a nice sound low tone and out popped this beautiful necklace marked 750!!!!! Woooohooo on a roll!!! It doesn't feel like this is really happening, lol, loving it!

Nice score! As a kid we would go camping just down the road from there at a place called Vaughns Acres. I always wondered about the goodies that lake would give up.

Place is absolutely PACKED LIKE SARDINES with New Yorkers and New Jersians all summer, and they make unreal amounts of money cause the cost of living is so unreal (although relative) so they do not usually wear that cheap **** they are flashy and gawdy

The best advice I can give is swing slowly and make almost half-coil overlaps and you'll be successful no matter where you hunt

My neighbor banged a 22kt gold bracelet that was foreign and he got a load of doe for thatit was amazing it was in shoulders deep water out by the edge of swimming area
