Keep trying on the pictures. What kind of set-up do you have?

Kodak easy share c713 on stabelizer mode, the only one I can use because of my motor coordination handycap (hand tremor). I snap shot at 3.1 mp I allso got 5.0 -2.2(3:2) - 2.1mp(16:9)- 1.2mp- 7.0mp- 6.2mp(3:2)- 5.3mp(16:9) where do I settle on its a problem to know the right setting?

My wife shoots an easy share. Try to find a setting that has the icon of a flower. That is the macro setting. That is what you need.

I'll take a look on my wife's camera and see if I can find anything.

I am not familiar with your camera. If you cannot hold it steady, you may want to try a tripod. 1.2 mega pixel is sufficient. What you need to do is look for the Macro setting. It will be the flower icon. If all else fails, you could always try reading the directions that came with your camera on close-ups. If you dont have a manual, I would suggest try to buy one on eBay.

Here's what you need. Use the "Flower" icon.

Very good professor. I would like to add besides the flower setting, turn OFF the flash, take pics outdoors in daylight, find a colored background (not white), and use a tripod if you cant hold steady. I sometimes support my camera by my elbows on the table. Also push the button halfway, (delay a second before pushing all the way) to let the lens focus. You will be taking professional pics in no time.

How are those new pics coming along?

I see it now. Its appears to be a duck or goose making a landing. I see webbed feet. Maybe a sportsman's buckle. I cant tell what is on the bottom. Waiting for the pics.

Ah, that explains the vision difficulties.

I think a tripod and Macro setting will be the solution.

Reckon novel writing can take years.

Lizard-Prince,

Surely you got time to take a better picture. Good/helpful advises have been given

It appears to be an interesting buckle and it would be cool to get an ID
