Bell with 5 dashes

Hey guys. I recently found a bell that is pretty small in size. It has the insides still intact. It has 5 little dashes printed a few times around it. No makers mark or stamp that i can see.

I would say bell of Sarna from India, but they are usuall marked Sarna.

Did you find it on a road or near one? It could also be a gremlin or guardian bell off of a motorcycle.
