I took the class ring that I found a couple weeks ago by my local jewelers shop and had him buff it. It came out awesome and they enjoyed seeing it. Not many people around here actually graduated in the 20s. Being 14k makes it unique as well.

Sweet find! I didn't know gold tarnished like that
The gold didn't tarnish the other metals in it tarnished if it was a higher Karat it probably wouldn't have.
 

Very nice the buffing sure brought out how nice it looks.

It has very crisp edges - makes me think it wasn't worn for long before it was lost.
 

I have found two class rings, but none like this! That is truly a great find. Hard to find an owner that was born 125 or so years ago. I would love to have found this one.

Sweet! It’s so gratifying to care for and restore these relics and pass them down for future folks to enjoy and treasure
