Well, I've been here for 6 months now and it's time that I post something other then in "Todays Finds". So, here is a picture my 6 year old daughter took of me while we were camping last year in Algonquin Park in Northern Ontario. :tongue3: Here is a picture of my little girl and her dog Lilly, they both love pizza!

I love the Tnet website, so much so, that I also have a subscription to the magazine. I've learned more in the past 6 months from guys like Crusader, BuckleBoy, Hispan and umrgolf2010 (Jeff), then I have in the past 5 years of research! This is a great venue for our finds and I'm extremely grateful to everyone that contributes to this website! :notworthy:

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks very much for responding RGINN! ;D My wife doesn't want any pics posted of my daughter on line, but I think she's pretty safe here. :laughing7:

Thanks again,
Dave

Understand the missus' concern. Probably something like Facebook is more dangerous. Sometimes we might rip each other up here a little but everybody is respectful and protective of the kids. (And the missus wasn't concerned about your safety?!, hahaha, just jokin, adios!)

Yeah, what I'm afraid of is when she becomes old enough to start dating . . . I remember well what I was like at 16. I'm probably going to have to hide around the corner of my house when she comes home after a date and spray the boys with the garden hose to get them off of her! :D

Welcome, hope you enjoy your stay.

Thanks very much for responding River Rat and for the compliment! :icon_thumright:
I always try and ad some interest to each post I make, hopefully to inspire input and further discussion from the viewers.
I've recently learned a valuable lesson here though, with the credit going to Jeff of pa.

That is to make sure I have all the facts before I open my mouth and post a statement. :-X
Live and learn here I guess, the same goes in our lives too. :D

Thanks very much for having a peek hammered. I've actually been to England a couple of times as I was married in Scotland in 1996. My mother in-law lives in Stratford-Upon-Avon and my wife and I spent quite a bit of time traveling around your beautiful country the year we were married. I remember once finding an open hole in the street where a construction crew had been working the day before on a water main pipe. Seeing as it was Sunday and there was nobody around, I decided to jump in and see what teasures the soil held.

I couldn't believe what I saw! Most evident were pieces of flow blue plates, shards of pottery and pieces of iron that I couldn't identify. All I could think was . . . how lucky the people in England were to have so much history all around them! From the old buildings and monuments on the streets to what I saw just below ground in the middle of the street no less!

Thanks again for looking and I sincerely enjoy your posted finds.

Cheers, :hello:
