My new cellar site has been pretty productive, today was a busy 3hr day with plenty of good targets. anyone have any clue on these 2 handles? thier about 3ft long, im thinking wheel barrow or hand plow. Also dug a few coins in the usual crusty condition. I was kinda more stoked about the bell not having any cracks in it tho. A few more trips to dig out iron overloads and maybe a seated will eventualy turn up.

Hey prolab69!! stillrollin300 made a great call, but for all you city dwellers, they are actually plow mule harnesses which you could controll the direction of your mules when using a plow share!! Anyway, GOOD LUCK and GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!

yeah i kinda figured they were plow related, I may strip them of thier brass handles some day when i visit that site again, but yes, the crotal was the find of the day, its marked SN which i believe is for Seth North. kinda rare from what research ive done on bells.
