BEAUTIFUL SHELL !!! (+ pictures...)

Another great day at the beach with my X-Terra 50. It was very cold, almost freezing + there was this terrible north wind.
Well, I could work for about 3 hours and I enjoyed every minute of it. LOOK AT MY FINDS :

1. 9.33 Euro = 11.20 USD
2. 5 Belgian Franks (as usual)
3. 1 Dinar from former Yugoslavia
4. 2 very old coins. I can't determine them. Maybe a few guys on the Belgian forum will ; they are specialists, lol. One coin has a Lion on one side and "1 cent" on the other side. The other is even worse, all I (!!) can see/read is ....21. Maybe later, more, on this !
5. 2 iron buttons
6. part of a zipper
7. ?
8. ?

And I picked up this BEAU-TI-FUL SHELL since I couldn't resist the temptation. Isn't it great ? What a day, again !

It looks like it, doesn't it, gypsyheart. I never meet anyone with a detector, NOW ! I think it is just a bit too cold. Maybe within 2 months or so, in Spring ?

I have been thinking again, gypsyheart. My Belgian MD-friends rather go to the fields. The last days, they found A ROMAN KEY (must be like 2000 years old) and a very nice "coin" a soldier, somewhere in the trenches during World War I changed into an artefact. And of course : they find many other very very old things from het middle ages, Celts, etc.

I must admit : it must be GREAT finding relics, older coins, etc.

Maybe that is why they don't like the beaches so much ?
