thanks, these finds came from two different private yards of old farmhouses. One built in 1861 the owner told me that yard was never watered or fertilized. It was nice easy digging in dark soil. Michigan soil is very kind to the copper coins, I've found some that clean up like AU. These have had a peroxide bath and scrubbed with an old worn out choreboy scrub pad. I was surprised about the fatty cleaning up so nice because they have nickel in them and usually the outer layer flakes and looks like crap.
 

I can't imagine them coming out of the ground in any better condition than that. Outstanding finds. Congrats. :icon_thumleft:
