Great hunt with Calabash and The Flagman. Came away with a superb eagle button with a stand up shank and a great brass civil war camp spoon. It was a fun day for sure !

Great stuff. I have only found two of those spoons -ever! They are not easy to get.
 

JEALOUS!! I don't have any War between the States activity in my area, a few Counties North of me, but other than that zilch. One of my favorite time periods to study and I can't imagine the feeling of finding relics from then. CONGRATS!
 

Very nice finds Brian! The eagle button is in super condition. Gotta be a pit there hiding some goodies!

Very nice button. I have that exact knife fork and spoon combination,it slides into two pieces the wood handle is very cool. T his civil war combination is in very great condition .It was gifted to me years ago.
