Back at the 1790s courthouse site today. I found a bunch of stuff yesterday and had to go back despite the 2 inches of snow we got yesterday. Every time I go back I'm convinced I've cleaned the place out but I'm always proven wrong

A gorgeous 1803 large cent. The reverse is stunning for a 200+ year old coin.

Next coin took a bit of work to ID but I found it's a 1790s Liverpool Halfpenny Token (see attached non-dug example)

Colonial Knee buckle. Never found one before so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Unknown military item. Possibly a rosette? The eagle looks different that what I've seen on other rosettes. Would love some help here on the ID.

A couple of buttons and pewter spoon handles...

Thanks for looking!

Sorry about the sideways pictures I can't figure out how to make them come in straight on my phone...

Awesome array of coins and relics. The token is sweet. Not sure about the rosette thingy. Are you positive that LC isn't 1805?

Thanks. I thought it was 1805 at first too but it's definitely 1803 after closer examination
