4 c. oats
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. canola oil
2 T. vanilla
2 T. honey
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. dried apricots
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. dried cherries
Roast oatmeal and sunflower seeds in 350 degrees oven for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together wheat germ, cornmeal and brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Combine dry and roasted mixtures; stir in wet mixture. Bake for at least 45 minutes at 350 stirring every 10 minutes. After cooking add fruits and nuts.
