There must be a serious Beale hunter local to the search area who actually wants to find it. Just looking for a partner. If I share the first line of cipher 1 , all will know I've solved it. Just seeking a local who has knowlege of the area and property owners as it would help to be able to extract the treasure. I am 3hrs away.

Kind of confusing, first you said you dont go dig treasure because you"re "too lazy", you want someone to dig it for you, then you say you will go dig it when your " broken leg" is better?
