This happened actually last year. I own a Whites TDI Pro which is heavily modified. But just as a backup I wanted to buy a second one. Well I found out that Whites no longer makes the Pro but I just thought maybe BBH has some old stock. Turned out they didn't but I was told they would look around and contact me. Ok I heard that before and nobody ever contacted be back. But to my surprise BBH did and they found one!
What a great service! Bought the machine and BBH even send it to my APO box. Some other vendors seem not to honor service members and don't ship to APO boxes.
