Can anyone ID this bayonet dug at a civil war camp in Maryland back in the 1980s? There is a rib on the top and bottom of the blade. The socket measures about .76" inside diameter at the left end in picture two and tapers to about .71" at the right end. It was found with 2"s of the tip sticking up out of the ground. I have more angles of the socket if needed. Thanks for any and all help.
