I found a Bausch and Lomb brass cast paperweight with a 4" Bausch and Lomb lens. It depicts a young female, kneeling gazing into the lens. Bausch and Lomb.jpg It has a mark

I found it at a garage sale for .25 cents. Its in excellent condition. It needs a cleaning, but I have not done so except to dust and clean the lens with warm water. I cannot find any info on this. Does it have value. When was it made? The lens is the best magnifying glass I have ever used. If anyone has any info I would appriciate it.

Cool item, I like it !!,, I wouldn't clean it any more than you have until you find out more about it.
Don't want to take the patina off..
