So I moved to Carlisle PA recently, and because I didn’t get around to knocking doors yet, I figured the backyard might be a good place to start. Carlisle witnessed some artillery fire and minor actions during the Gettysburg campaign, and I was wondering if these were from that era? They’re iron, and pretty small, less than half the size of case shot I usually find. So what are these?
