Baseball coin "No Cash Value"

Thought I had dug a real rare one last night. About the size of a half dollar. Probably not old. On the front a baseball player ready to swing. On the back, just to taunt me, the words "No Cash Value".

No other writing. Anyone ever seen something like this? Maybe from a carnival?
