Barberton Marbles

Here are 3 of my Barberton Marbles. The largest marble is 1 1/2" . The fragments are ones dug at the factory site and owned by Brian Graham.

I'm blown away by their beauty..

I went to the excavation today and dug up an Akro Agate oxblood marble in primo condition. Then I quit and drove home 'cause the temp out here in my desert ghost town next to Death Valley was over 120F. Every day during July and August in the desert I have just enough time to dig up one antique marble then hobble to my truck with water & air conditioning before I die. So one marble is a good score.
