Here are the results of 4 days of swinging at 2 different Houses. All of the IHP's came from the same yard, the best find of Indian Heads at one place that i've ever came across. I love savings Indians from the Soil. It tickles me every time I find one. The house was new permission that was built in the early 1900's. The Barber Quarter came from the 1893 Mansion I hunted last week, I went back and found more Silver. The Quarter was being masked by a piece of iron above it, the signal was real iffy but had a TID ring of 31 bouncing in and out between the iron grunts. A voice in my head said Dig It. I'm glad I hear Voices. LOL I'm happy to be ending the Detecting Season around here on a lucky streak. This is the first Chinese Coin I've ever found. Frigid temps and blowing snow around here before long. I enjoyed finding the Nebraska State Seal Pendant, it really Sealed the Deal. LOL

Nice haul! How deep were most of them?

That's an impressive collection of finds! I love the condition of your IHP's. The soil up my way tends to eat them up. It's rare that I find one in sucj good shape. Congratulations.

Awesome bunch of coins! I'd love to hit a place with that much great stuff.

Wonderful finds, great permissions and coin preserving soil. Congratulations!

Awesome Variety and Hunt!!! Congrats!!!

Nice finds, what a great way to end the detecting year. Barber quarter is rare around Omaha to dig up, as you well know. Only dug one buffalo nickel in Omaha, after 10 years detecting. Good post !

That's a 4 day Bonanza! :occasion14:

Very nice finds David, the '05 IH is in great shape.

Love the look of this beautiful Nebraska State Seal Medallion, any thoughts about a date, what it came from, or its history? :icon_scratch:

Some terrific finds! I would be happy with just one of those!

You guys are really making me want a nox... it might be time to cash in some of my gold rings.

If I had 4 days like that I'd be on cloud nine. Gary

It's all about choosing the right locations Gary. What types of places do you normally hunt? I'm fairly certain the yard that contained the Merc's, Barber Dime, and IHP's had never been hunted before. I'm truly thankful to have found it and gotten permission to hunt it.

Thanks for your interest Dave.
On the back it reads "Warranted 14K Gold Plated" but that's it. I don't have any additional information concerning Mfr. date or history. But I intend to continue searching the web for any information.
