Nope... just a wild guess.

Definitely a fob,, Looks hand made and looks like it could be Silver too..

I would say SILVER definitely! First thought was derrick but might be a water pumping wind vane too.
Looks to be a round tank on the left of it and what might be a farmhouse on the right.
As a whole it might be someones attempt to immortalize an actual setting of real life.
Might be good to look up local oil history and sites. Knowing the year is a great start.
