Found this in a newly developed park , it maybe came in with the fill, as there was alot of broken glass in the ground , It is brass and has two tabs or clips on the back , and an eagle in the centre that is not to clear in the photo . The glass in the hole gave me a chance practice my first aid skills ,plenty of blood but nothing serious , lesson learned

I had them in leather and wood too...
