Coro made costume jewelry, not sure if they are still in business. They made several different coat of arms pieces. Go to "expensive Bay" and do a search for Coro coat of arms and some different from yours will show up. Yours appears to be an Austrian crest.

Wonder why it is in Texas???? Pretty neat hobby of ours when we can find stuff like this. Thanks all for looking! I think it is from the 40s based on makers mark design. I am marking this one solved!
