Found in an area with a bit of history.

I know it's the Army "general use" type eagle. But is it a legitimate military or just a knock off.

Non-magnetic, I expect it's brass. About an inch and a half diameter.
Weighs in at 15.34 grams.

I'm just trying to iD the piece so I can label it correctly in my display.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Happy New Year!

Looks like a legitimate 1920's cap badge to me.

Cap badge? Isn't it too big? I'm only asking because I know nothing of them. :dontknow:
Thanks!!

AHA! "You are correct, sir!"

Thanks again!
