Hey ive dug up something here that im not sure what it is.
I'm thinking its initials with a shield and date but could just mean something else.
its about 2 inches long about an inch and half wide..some silverish coating over copper

Looks kinda art deco to me,But I'm no expert, Maybe a buckle or broach....jmho...........HH

Looking at the underside, there looks like a bent over piece of metal. To me that looks like a belt buckle.
On the other end it looks like you can see where there was two other weld spots.
