BACON BACON BACON!

Your heart will also love bacon, but bacon is not a good friend :laughing7: Have to admit it is great in moderation

Baked bacon with a little brown sugar sprinkled on top is the best...

This is my favorite place to get meats. http://www.gregsmeats.com/index.php/awards

On a side note... There was an autistic man that worked at my last job and he walked around all day saying "bacon bacon...bacon bacon"... "hi Pete, bacon bacon"... I miss him.

Coily... Rice's Country Hams. I use to pass their small storefront all the time when driving through Mt. Juliet. They have been in business a long time for a reason, it's good stuff!

I just baked a nice 8 pound smoked ham with a mustard and brown sugar and honey glaze.I'm going to quietly stuff my face tonight while sipping on some 12 year old kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.

That sounds great, what kind of bourbon?

I've heard Bentons hams are really good, may have to give them a try.

I can smell that bacon from here--lol-------:rosette:

I have yet to try it, but have read that the "original" beats all the others hands down. Yes, Wild Boar bacon, it's what pork used to taste like. I do know that the "original" is the best barbecue.
