That is an almost exact copy of several models of Eveready flashlights from the early 1960's. I found one like it at a bottle dump last year. I Googled Eveready flashlights,found quite a collection on someones website to date mine.

Not sure on this one. There were many imports from Hong Kong that replicated the Art Deco style of Eveready in the 1950-60s. This may be one of them. Here is a version of the Eveready:
