Back to the School and its randomness. CW Bullet, Lead Seal, Wheaties, CLAD!

$3.14 in clad which makes it .60 an hour or so. Then around 7-8 inches i pulled a lead bullet. Looks like a CW bullet to me i'll post it and y'all tell me. Then the lead seal is interesting. On one side it looks like "U.S." then under that "M. E MorA GE" and on the bottom "H.H.S." having a hard time reading the back. Not sure how I can clean this to maybe read it or where to find lead seal info to ID it. Pulled 3 wheats that are pretty toasty. Also 2 Chuck E. Cheese tokens in the same hole so theres a couple games of Ski Ball! Any ID help would be appreciated.
