Worthwhile. I see you were digging lot's of nickels. Did you have to dig a lot of tabs and canslaw also?

Those Buffalo's are tricky to get dates off of. You have to hold it in the light a certain way and even then a lot of times you can just make out the date.

yes i dig alot of tabs, But i also know better then 80%
whether it is a nickel or a tab.
The Toungs by themselves are harder to distinguish
then the whole tabs. Not finding alot of slaw there.

This Buffalo has a Very Clear date with a Magnifying Glass.
I have no Doubt it's a 1920.
First one like that in awhile.

was going to go into the Ballfield today
But saw AUTHORIZED PERSONELLE ONLY
and NO AUTHORIZED USE signs.

by the time we were ready to leave a Older Gentleman came with his Grandaughter
to play Tennis. When I got the chance I pulled
out some old Pics & asked him where the spots were.
which gave us another spot,
and a reminder of a Ghost town just south of where we were.

and while talking I mentioned the signs.

He said "Ignore them that's Public Property
You can go in there anytime you want just to do that ! "

So I don't know if I will get the nerve to
just do it or not.
