Back on the Silver!!

Well I haven’t posted much here lately as life has gotten in way of my MDing but I did manage to get out to one of my permissions that has given me a nice assortment of coins. For the first time I got to detect the backyard, it was dang hot (heat index 107) but I wasn’t going to let a little discomfort stop me, well I’m happy with the results with 13 wheaties (oldest was 1924) a 1940 Jefferson, a cool little lock, a presidential token, some clad, and finally broke the silver drought with a 56 Rosie. Stay cool and keep swinging!

Nice finds for sure. I was going this morning early but a friend called to ask me if I had time to find some metal stakes he had driven to expand his driveway. The grass had covered them up. Got um in about 15 minutes and by then I was soaked with sweat. Not today. Have a good 4th.
