After about a 4 year break from the hobby I nabbed a good deal on a Coinmaster Pro this winter on eBay.

Hit a local park and the front and backyard of my fiancés house.

Managed 8 wheats from the front yard so far , there's gotta be silver there...

Neither the tie clip or ring were marked.

I really like the CMP , simple but powerful.

Nice finds, I agree there's gotta be a silver or two lurking there.

Ring looks nice but are those little black specks near the bottom chipping or flaking or some material attached ?

Yeah it's plated , I can see chips down to a black base metal when looked at under my loupe

Looks like a fun hunt, probably silver there unless some of those 70's cherrypickers were through there. Good luck.

No doubt

Silver for sure in that yard

Nice finds and welcome back to the obsession, I mean hobby. Seeing a ring like that in the hole will get the old heart pumping. Sorry it's plated , but it's still a good looking ring.

Yeah that moment of seeing gold in that hole and grabbing it out can never get old.... Only other feeling like that I've had from a hobby is setting the hook into a lunker bass. Haha !

Welcome back. Nothing like getting the spark again. nice finds and many more are in your future.
