We came home for a short stay back in Our home area with Our Families. Ran out to the CW field but the grass was way too high. Headed back and stopped

in the nearest town and asked at a house I've been trying to get to hunt for years. I know it's probably been hunted several times considering where it's at and it's age. Gave it a knock and the owner said go ahead, and took me on a tour under the house saying there are stories of an entrance to the Underground Railroad under the house. All stacked stone foundation underneath, and later concrete stucco on the walls underneath. Got done with the tour and went for the detector.
Hunted the front yard and scored some clad, then a Wheat and out pops an Indian 1898. Love it when that happens! The 2 Wheats and both the Indians were at least 7", and all the signals were scratchy. There's a lot of iron in the ground there, but I'm glad I found something.
Wheats-1950D, 1944D
Indians-1898, 1902
Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting!!!!
