had a great time in Va, just not as much MDing as i wanted. too much sightseeing. put in about 1 hour and came up with a rusted bell, maybe from a cow or bull. about the size of a baseball. also a rusty washer and a recent bullet shell. came up with 42 clad coins at the hotel in Tenn. maybe next time.

east of winchester a bit, town of purcellville. 5 acre homesite out in the country.

Too bad I didn't know you were coming. I live just south of Winchester and bypass Purcerville on my way to work everyday. Lots of Civil War Relics around. Maybe next time.
