Another day of metal detecting along the overgrown banks of the Rancocas Creek yielded some more Victorian Era+ finds. Found a solid glass Avor Kolt Pistol candy jar, a Post Office postal bank combination door (circa 1911), a Holly Dairies Milk bottle from nearby Mt. Holly, N.J., a cobalt blue Milk of Magnesia Bottle, 2 Smith Bros. Cough Drop bottles, a white glass Pond's Cold Cream jar, A Chesebrough New York Vaseline jar, another Mason Jar + lid + glass lid + porcelain insert, and the remnants of an iron toy fire engine. Congratualtions on the nice bottles!

Great finds!!! I love the pistol jar. Never seen that before. You should fill it with the modern bullets you find. Nice hunt.

Man, round two is pretty good too! Good finds, like that door and those bottles

I love that stuff, are you finding it in the water? kind of cold for that. Beautiful scenery down in that bottom. I like those kind of places.

Wow, that post-office-box door is a sensational find. Great finds!

When I was in the Air Force in 1975 stationed at Loring AFB Maine, that is exactly what they had for post office boxes. WOW your find brought back memories.

Nice crystal Colt. Or glass. Crystal Colt sounds better!

You have found a nice spot for older glass.

My goodness, you are a real source of antiquities!

I have never seen the pistol jar.. that thing is really sweet.

I like the car too.

Well done sir!
