Axe head..

Found this walking along an old stone wall(the hoe was dug somewhere else)...Any thoughts on age?...It measures about 6 1/2 X 4 1/2 inches... Gonna try electrolysis on it...Will be my first time...but figure it's a good piece to practice on....Thanks

If you clean it off it may have a makers mark on it. I don't know what brand it is but here is a link to a site that has several antique axes listed for sale. Rose Antique Tools
