What an awesome day! I took my girlfriend out hiking and exploring an old abandoned Boy Scout camp. We had a blast. I was finding mostly clad with the occasional wheat cent, and then bam! I found the 1946 Rosie. That got me really excited and when i stood up the next signal was the 1923 Merc about 18 inch away. There was also a buffalo nickel close to the silver coins. My girlfriend found a nice 2 point blacktail shed. We were in the right spot at the right time.

Old Scout camps always produce the goodies! :occasion14:

Wow, silver and buck horns. Pretty cool.

Nice haul

Ive hunted a few scout camps over the years. They produce really well.

Years ago i went on a group hunt at an old boy scout camp. I found 37 silvers in one weekend hunting.
