Available Ring

OK, just got back from 5 hrs of metal detecting the local beach and found 43 coins and this small but very heavy white metal ring. It was the deepest target I recovered at 11" with my Excalibur II today. The ring says across the front: "Available". Seriously, who would wear such a piece - obviously someone in need.
