Attorney sued after biting off part of man's nose

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- A Memphis attorney bit off part of a man's nose during a fight in a restaurant bathroom. A lawsuit filed by Greg Herbers claims attorney Mark Lambert attacked him last June after Herbers asked two men in a bathroom stall to get out so that he could use it.

The suit states that Lambert was at a urinal and had been carrying on a conversation with the men in the stall. Herbers claims Lambert pushed and grabbed him and bit off and swallowed part of his nose.

uh note it said*** there was two men in the toliet stall *** (at the same time?) one of which had to be the lawyer (Lambert)--- the other fellow (Herbers ) who was using the urinal, needed to use the toliet and asked them (lambert and the other fellow) to leave the stall -- so that he could use it . --- seems the lawyer did not like being bothered while buzy with his freind in the stall --and got into a fight and during it , bit the guy Herbers nose tip off,--- a real legal shark there.

I thought it only women use the bathroom together, I stand corrected, lawyers are included too. LOL
