Attn Jeff Pa or anyone else.

The website historicaerials.com will show that. Choose a modern map. It lists park boundaries and such.

There is a phone app called " On X hunt " that shows the boundary lines of private and public property. If you get the premium version, which you must pay for, it will tell you who owns the land. It also works as a GPS. I have the free version and love it

Only thing I can think of would be county GIS records if they are online for the County & state your interested.

aka Land Owner Records.

an example, if you were to Google Schuylkill County Pa Gis the top results would be land owner info
for that county. You would need to edit the search info for your search of course.

If GIS doesn't work, Change it to Land Owner Map , or Land Owner search & try again.
Of course some areas Charge for use, in order to soak Real Estate Agents.
in those cases access may be in the $1000's
others make you show up at the Court House

Im from PA. Thank you everyone!

as far as " public land " that needs to be Defined Also.

Public Land for detecting could mean School Property, Park Property, Township Property,
County Property even State Property, and Private Property

Or Not.

It all depends on Who you ask, or don't ask as the case may be.

Some people are open Minded enough to Not care,
Others will get the Law, or Ego After you maybe even a Gun.

If you grew up in the area you probably know the Mindset of your Neighbors,
If not, it defiantly takes a Bit of nerves & foot work.
