Recently on the "legal" section of Tnet, the issue of Kentucky's public land came up. Even though I'm not in Kentucky, I read all the material, and can see that you guys are being fed misinformation, by the Kentucky Archaeological Survey, Kentucky Heritage Counsel, etc... Please check out the end the thread there. Towards the end, I have cut-&-pasted my email exchange with these fellows. Let me know what you think.
