Went out first thing this morning and got two, Liberty Head V Nickels. One dated 1907 and can't read the other.
Also, an older painted ceramic brooch, a 1970 or 80's Camanche knife, and what I think is an older DB (dodge brothers)
aluminum car bearing cap. This was an area that's been hunted hard, so I decided to dig anything over 50 on the
digital target id. If anyone knows how to clean up the nickels that would be great if you can let me know. They are worn.
They are 75% copper and 25% nickle. Also if anyone can tell me what you think about the DB aluminum cap, don't know
much about it. Thanks! northcal
P.S While doing some research on the Liberty Head Nickels, apparently, the 1913 Liberty Head V is the "Mona Lisa"
of all US coins. The most expensive of all US coins. One recently sold for 3 million! Cool!
