At what serial # did First Texas start making the CZ-20

Is Serial number 10242620 a Fisher Labs California unit or a First Texas unit ?

CZ-20's were made in Los Banos. CZ-21's are made in El Paso.

so then as soon as First Texas took over Fisher Labs they stopped making CZ-20's and started making CZ-21's with no overlap of models ??
