Asian Orange Roughy

1/3 c. dry sherry or vermouth
3 T. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1 lb. orange roughy fillets
Nonstick cooking spray

Mix the sherry or vermouth, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over fish fillets and marinate 15 to 30 minutes. Heat skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Pan fry fillets 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
